Build a functional ecommerce app which provides cheap deals and design the Ui

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I am looking for freelancers in New Delhi who can build a fully functional ecommerce store which is bug free . Back end , Front end , Ui would be done by the freelancer. Prerequisites for applying- 1) Should be an advanced and experienced ecommerce developer with knowledge of search algorithms. 2) Should have a relevant strong portfolio to show. (Not for starters) 3) Can build a platform and get it running as fast as possible. 4) Competent to handle difficulties and hard problems. 5) A great ui designer with eye for precision and accuracy. 6) Is looking for long term partnership as this app will be next revolution.
