Build an iOS app similar to Home Contents (App Store)

We are looking for an app similar to Home Contents on the App Store. The app called "Home Contents" is really similar to what we want but 1) the PDF report doesn't look good (it is one single row of pictures of the inventory) and 2) the look and feel needs to be more geared toward use by Realtors, Property Managers, and Landlords [login to view URL] Mainly, the app converts photos to a PDF report. 9 or 12 per page. And then generates a report based on those photos and stores the photos somewhere temporarily (for at least 1 year). It is a very basic app, it creates a report that contains the property address, my company’s contact info & logo, the client’s name, and a time/date stamp. It should be sorted by property address in the app so they can be pulled up easily in the future. I guess a better way of saying it is -- photos should be stored in the app attached to the property (you can add up to 50 properties, let's say), and then the photos for each property can be exported into a PDF report. Each property should have the ability to add notes and maybe tags to each picture (for example tag it "master bedroom") There should be a cover/top part of the report showing: 1. Location of property 2. Who did the inventory list 3. Date and time it was done 4.
