In order to develop the system there are few points that we need to consider: 1) We need to access to the API from to fetch the record; 2) We may need professional charting component to develop the graph. Admin will have the ability to change graph type in real-time. An alternative to professional charting components would be to use a free one. Google offers free charting facility; we can use that if needed. 4) To enforce security into the system we can pass the data under SSL [https]. The proposed application will be developed using PHP/MySQL on CodeIgniter Framework. Ajax, JSON, Jquery shall be applied as and where necessary. Furthermore, the website will be mobile-friendly which means the site can be accessed from any hand-held devices. The desktop notification system will act in similar fashion to that of Facebook.
