Build me a website with blog and online shop

We would like help in developing and designing a website about cats. It shall tell about the life of some cats that are located in the Norwegian Arctic, called “Huskatta Pusurs Verden” (Eng.: Pusur’s Arctic Kingdom). At the same time, the site should also tell about an aid organization for Cats, with the name “Forente Poter” (Eng.: United Paws) 1. The site should provide general information on the “Huskatta Pusurs Verden”. 2. There will also be a section that presents each of the 7 – 10 cats that make up the universe of “Huskatta Pusurs Verden”. 3. There will also be a section that informs you of the 3 – 4 most important working areas for the “Forente Poter” organization. 4. In addition, there will be a joint webshop, where products for both “Huskatta Pusurs Verden” and “Forente Poter” are sold, and where it is also possible to donate funds and be members of the “Forente Poter” organization. 5. The site should also have links to two different blogs, one for the “Huskatta Pusurs Verden” and the other one for the rescue organization for cats “Forente Poter”. We want a fresh and unformal layout and style for the website, with illustrations and buttons with cat- and paw-symbols. The website must be easy to navigate, with fonts that are easy to read and understand. Approximately 80% of the users will be women, and approximately 50% of all users will be at an age 45+ There will be logos for both called “Huskatta Pusurs Verden” (Eng.: Pusur’s Arctic Kingdom) and for “Forente Poter” (Eng.: United Paws). Make place for them. They will come later. Use illustration pictures with cats and paws in the design. These will later be replaced with our own pics of the cat Pusur and his cat friends belonging to “Huskatta Pusur’s Verden” The website, blogs and the online store must be possible to manage without high skills in code- or technical expertise, preferably WordPress or other suitable platforms and programs. It has to be easy to build new text and put in new pictures, and even to change backgrounds and other pics and illustrations that are a part of the site design.
