Hi, I have a project to create a digital piece of art, i have the idea and concept but i cant figure out how to make it digitaly with the colouring in. The concept i have attached, i would need the psd file as i would need to submit it. It need to be virtually similar to this, but you can add some extra details. Im trying to protray a fat mouse in a suit, dangling a dead, thin mouse over the cats mouth. I have a very small budget, and it needs to be completed before Friday.
