Design a Website Mockup

Hi I own a recruitment website design company and we are currently looking for a new freelance designer to work with us on regular home page design projects. We typically build 1-5 sites per month. All designs have the same core elements - such as a main menu bar, job search fields, some images, featured jobs, social media links, sector information etc. The designs are relatively simple to produce once you have done a few as they are similar in content. We obtain a brief from our clients and submit that to you. All designs must be suitable for responsive viewing on mobiles and tablets. We ask you to submit your design to us via a service like Redpen where clients can post their comments. Once the client is satisfied we ask you to supply a PSD of the final design which can be cut up by our coders. We pay a flat fee per job and require no limits on the number of amends. Some of our clients accept the first design they see and some take several attempts or revisions. Overall, the average is 2-3 rounds of amends. We always try to keep this to a minimum and keep the clients on track to ensure projects do not drag on unnecessarily. However, if a client does not like a design at all then we need you to be flexible enough to start over with a new design altogether. We expect to be able communicate with you via phone, Skype and email to help ensure projects run smoothly. Payment is 50% up front and 50% on completion. Also please estimate how long it would take you to complete your first draft of a one page design and give us estimated lead times from receipt of a brief from us to commencement of work.
