Ducksoup rebuild/update

I just had a web platform built to help me run my business smoother, but the project was not completed to my liking and I am looking for someone to take what was given to me an refine it to a usable product. The goal is to have a clean, fast loading, and responsive website that performs its intended purpose. (not what you think it should). It is to help me and others with similar businesses to run their business. I own a small mowing and house cleaning company. Currently there is a lot of work to set up the weekly schedule and many hours spent creating invoices. The work is repetitive but not subscription based. The goal is to have an app that does the following: 1. Allows me to create my account 2. Add the services I provide (mowing, leaf clean up, etc.) 3. Add customers and choose their service frequency and invoicing type 4. Gives me the schedule for the time-period I choose 5. Automatically creates invoices based on work completed 6. Sends invoices automatically for customers preferring emailed invoices 7. Creates an invoice report to print out the invoices for customers wanting a traditional invoice. This is done at the platform level not at a service provider level 8. Uses stripe managed accounts to disperse the money collected (emailed invoices) to platform users. Collects info to charge users for snail mailed invoices. 9. Creates optimal work schedule using something like [login to view URL] 10. Uses Zillow to pull in information regarding customer properties Most of the items are like 75% done. I’m needing them completed 100%. You can currently set up a service, but not completely or properly. The platform doesn’t ask everything it needs to, or asks too much based on your previous answers making it confusing. It also doesn’t display the info it needs to or make it easy to understand what you are looking at. In the end it needs a good UX once over and finish coding.
