Implement Wordpress/WooCommerce website from PSD

The goal of this project is to take a fully layered PSD and create a responsive WordPress theme. We require the landing page and another generic page template with just the header and footer. Phase 1: Transforming the PSD into a responsive Wordpress theme. Phase 2: Program all the correct functionalities so that the purchase of product on the front page can be handled through WooCommerce. Phase 3: Validation and testing of the webpage to ensure all functionalities are working and no bugs are present. Phase 4: Handover and payment. =>Theme must be responsive across all devices. You are responsible to take PSD elements and do the required adaptations for that purpose. However you decided to implement the theme it must be usable across all devices. =>Product purchasing interface must be fully functional with WooCommerce. =>Theme must follow the spirit of the PSD design, using the same font and separations. -=Purchasing Interface Details=- We sell one product with 10 color variations. The customer controls how much product he wants to purchase from the front page. When products are selected from the purchase interface, they are directly added to the cart. The price per spool and total are displayed to the customer as he changes quantities. If a customer purchases 10 spool for a color channel, the product must be changed to a box of 10 in WooCommerce. This is because in the warehouse, spools are kept in boxes of 10 so if a multiple of 10 exist for a specific color in an order, the warehouse will ship the entire box. The entire box has it's own stock keeping unit (SKU). -=Quality=- We require a good implementation performed by a freelancer who doesn't cut corner and understands how to create a good user experience. This project is a re-post, because the last freelancer was unable to deliver on his promises. Don't be that guy. -=Follow on work=- Ideally, upon successful theme implementation, we work with the developer to implement custom inventory management functions, a referral system, a PO system and other custom functionalities. Lastly, we roll out the website onto the main domain address and ensure everything is work. -=FIles=- Attached is a picture of the webpage design. The most important part is the purchase interface with 10 products.
