hello, I am octo. I can create the required dota 2 website. I also play dota with a 4.1k account and follow the professional scene.i am a professional in css and html so i believe i am perfectly capable of completing your job. as my first job in freelancer i believe this would suit me best as i have the skills necessary and the knowledge of a dota 2 player and understand what they want to see in a website.
