My partners and I want to take a 30-acre piece of land and do a design layout for a 20-stall horse barn, a round pin, and an outdoor arena. This would be on 10-12 acres of the property. The remainder would be subdivided for acreage lots. There are houses already on the property. I need a basic layout to show where the barn/stables, outdoor arena, and round pin would go. The rest would be laid out for lots, walking trails, a pool, clubhouse, etc. This would not have to be highly detailed in the beginning as we’re just working to whet the appetite of the investors. Do you do this type of work? Do you have samples? How much for a preliminary look? I would provide a survey of the property and the dimensions for a barn/stalls, round pin, and outdoor arena. We would want to maintain land near the stalls for expansion. Thank you.
