i want to build a system online based on PHP for the code and bootstrap for the user interface and mysql for the data base . - The system will be in Arabic language . There will be two sides from the system , User side : - The user can register and apply for loan . - The user can see his loan status . - The user can see how much payments left for his current loan . - The user can see his existing loans which its completed . -There will be some notifications to the user email . Admin Side : - The admin can approve the Registered users or reject them . - The admin can approve/reject loan . - The admin can print invoice from the loan page to let the user sign it . -The admin can upload a document for the loans page . - The admin can add new Loan . - The admin can add new member (user) . - The admin can change member status . - The admin can add new payment (for the loan) for each member . -The admin can see how much payment left for each loan . - The admin can generate a report for all loans and export that in excel sheet . -There will be some notifications to the Admin email if someone registered or someone applied for a form . -
