Poker Chip Design File for Poker Chip manufacturer

I need a design file putting together for two sets of custom poker chips I am having manufactured, to use an existing logo. I have already had the logo created on Freelancer (see "logo" attachment) but the design file required by the poker chip manufacturer needs to incorporate the new logo with text and colour. They have emailed me a template which the design needs to follow (see "The Ranch Chips" attachment). I have a font (titillium) and colour palette (see "chip colours" and "DTD chips" attachments) in mind. There are a total of 10 denominations required in my design template, four for my cash game set and six for my tournament set. Cash game denominations are 25p (grey), £1 (light blue), £5 (light red) and £25 (light green). These are sterling value cash chips. Tournament chipset denominations are 25 (green), 100 (black), 500 (purple), 1000 (yellow), 5000 (brown) and 25,000 (orange) for my tournament chipset (with no cash value).
