referral points system

Hi I would like to developed a referral system for our website where. Where customer can refer to there friend via direct link provide by us. Also via Facebook, twitter, google+. Also they can refer the customer to our site via banner or badge to displaying to there site. all the work need to be carry our on fully responsive has to be confirmed its working perfectly on all devices example iphone, ipad, android phone, tablet and PC. Where they sign up with our site they will receive a points. If they follow us on our website any of the seller they will receive a points depend on the seller how much they will offer to the customer to receive a points if the follow them. Receive points for every time they review on the order. Also customer should be able to see where they have receive how many points. Each seller should be able to decide how much points they would like to offer to there customer every the customer spend with them.
