Revised Repost: Create & Implement a new fully featured Bootstrap 3 template for osCommerce 2.2 RC2A and develop & implement/re-development of new features

***IMPORTANT:Please kindly thoroughly read and make sure you understand all the project details before bidding*** * This is an osCommerce project, thus the freelancer must have proven vast experience with osCommerce . Our osCommerce 2.2 RC2A website design requires a face-lift and added features. - Newly created mobile responsive Bootstrap 3 theme and full configuration controls in the admin, according to the specifications outlines in the attached document. - New features, as outlined in the attached document, including a very extensive products filtering system (also attached is a RAR archive file with the exact requirements of the filtering system module development). Note that the attached documents seem a bit overwhelmingly long because we tried to be as detailed and clear as possible, but the job is not really complicated for a truly professional and experienced developer. :) That said, reading the documents is important for your correct time estimation and proposal. Programming guidelines: Programmer will need to have a professional approach, diligence & dedication, follow latest web and graphic design best practices, high attention to details, well written, fast and secure code (PHP, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, etc. with no quick and dirty workarounds) and aim to build the website in high quality finish, user-friendly, SEO friendly, optimized to run in excellent speed in catalog & admin side and catalog side must be full cross-browser compatible (IE8+, FF, Chrome, Opera, etc.). We are programmers ourselves and tend to QC both the work and the code delivered, thus please follow the guidelines to meet (or hopefully exceed) expectations. Programmer will get full ftp access, remote MySQL and osc admin access on our development server and is required to comment the changed code, work on our own develoment server, upload daily all work done (for our testing and proof of progress) and send a full changelog to our email when job is completed. Programmer must also be available daily for communication via Skype, IM and mobile phone. Payments: Milestone 1: 70% will be released on project delivery and 2 days testing of it (initial testing phase) Milestone 2: 30% will be released after 2 months of thorough QA testing of the delivered project. Project will be marked completed at this point. Programmer is required to provide full warranty to quickly fix any issues/bugs/errors related to his work (within up to 1 day of finding them), for at least 6 months from delivery date.
