Seeking a Game Developer to join me & create my game - No Pay till Profits made from game in Kickstarter

This gig is not for everyone, this is for someone who has a dream of making a game that has a chance of being something. If your willing to take a chance and gamble this is what I am looking for..... I am looking for a Game Developer willing to create my game idea and become a partner to the game (Scriping, Animation, 3D designs, Level creations, FULL CREATION HELP) **This is a non-paying project until we make profit from Kickstarter** I don't have any experience making video games, I am a artist. I have created a full story, concept art, picture references and basically the full scope/ map of what needs to be done to create this game (Characters, enemies, bosses, what levels should look like). I need you to make it come alive.
