Hi my name is Paryss! Unapologetic Geek is on the rise, an apparel brand for Women who geek! I myself am Black, nerdy and a woman who is unsatisfied with the current options within the geek chic apparel. In terms of design I still think men's apparel reigns top and I'm looking to change it up and show some much needed love to women as well. I want to produce Tees that stay true to my nerdy lifestyle but aren't too extreme for everyday life. Culturally mixed pieces of quirky (geometric dinosaurs??), nerdy illustrative typography statements, Anime/manga inspired artwork. Specifically with Anime, there are brands too reliant on current Anime. I want original designs that still keep to the same aesthetic just different. I really love the fun, bold, colorful content you typically see in Anime and Manga and definitely want to translate that on a Tee. Skilled artist to help me with any of the 3 subjects 1- Quirky. Geometric Velociraptor roaring out --Give me another Season! or something that fits the lifestyle 2- Nerdy, I want to push past just a basic typography print and have it more illustrative, more artsy 3. Anime and Manga original artwork that keeps to the same aesthetic with a splash of motivational statement up top. Manga female character with a backpack, a sword, Nike --up top on the tee it just says 'GO FOR IT' in a bold brush font- something like that??
