Simple Sales Page Needed

We need a new refreshed version of our current sales page. The new page will be as follows: -Above the fold will be a high quality image used for the background, with a centered auto-play video (hosted on our site) and headline. Our logo in png format on the top left, and a menu on the top right. when you click on each menu option, it should bring the user down to that specific section without leaving the site or interrupting the video. -The section below the fold will have most of the same content and images as the current site, but we'd like the design to be updated so that's more modern and minimalist. Following the completion of the first site to satisfaction, we'd like 3 additional sites made which will be identical to the first, but with different background images and headlines. This project is very straightforward and should be simple for the right person. We have visual examples and can provide specific instructions as to our [login to view URL] pages will need a footer with text, links, and social icon links. Once the pages are complete you will be responsible for coding them and uploading them to our user. (We will provide hosting login credentials.) Our budget for this project is: 1st pages: $50-$150 3 additional pages with only the background image and headline modified: $30-$100 Total Budget: $80-$250 We would like this done asap - within 2-3 days if possible.
