talented neural network programmer in Matla

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . Argent: need a talented neural network programmer in Matlab To build 2 feed forward back propagation neural networks (Neural A and Neural B) with the following specification: Neural A: Supervised learning 7 neurons in input layer 10 neurons in hidden layer 4 neurons in output layer Input matrix should be normalized between 0 and 1 Learning rate 0.01 Performance goal 0.01 Gradient descent learning rule Minimum square error used as performance function Neural B: Same attribute as Neural A, But with 5 neurons in input layer Above specification should NOT be changed while you can keep trying to set other attributes and adjust weights in creating (Neural A) neural network until you got confusion matrix with accuracy greater than 96%. I need the final result to show that accuracy and the performance of Neural A is butter than Neural B.
