We are looking for a virtual assistant who can help with all aspects of the business from formatting resumes to social media, please red carefully and only apply if you qualify - otherwise you will not be looked at. Must be fluent in English. * Capabilities Full read, write, speak English Microsoft office experience Social Media management experience  Graphic design experience (creation of infographics and/or presentations - we have used Piktochart to create similar content in the past)  Ability to listen and follow instructions closely  Formatting of MS word documents, resumes and business materials General administrative tasks  Business linkedin, facebook, twitter and instagram upkeep and engagement (use of hootsuite, buffer or similar management platform) Assist with creation of position advertising materials (we are a recruitment company) – also general assistant tasks.   * Personal Soft Skills: Able to listen and follow instructions closely  Driven  Self Starting  Motivated  Able to use initiative  Strong communication ability   * Education or Industry Experience: Minimum university degree qualification   * Additional Comments: I need someone to assist with general administrative tasks as well as management and growth of our social media profiles. I would like to start someone part time at first with potential to go full time if the person is able to demonstrate their effective ability. The role has ability to be expanded significantly. Have a good day, I am interested in working on your project. My experience, I’ve worked as a virtual assistant for 2.5 years. My duties are all about management using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, importing products to Shopify and Wordpress stores, doing order processing, marketing research, MailChimp, editing photos using GIMP, creating posts on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and many parts of the projects and customer service.
