Web Design Business InCharge

Hi I have online website Design and development business. I am looking for an expert in php, html and mainly in wordpress customization etc. The person has to be available for full time work from home. Has to be dynamic and creative. The job will include anything from promoting the business to customize the wordpress themes, design, layouts, uploading themes or websites and other related work. Pls know that it's not a project based job. The person has to be available 6 days a week from 8am to 5pm with 1 hour break from 1pm - 2pm. One day off per week (can chose any day) The salary will be INR 20,000 monthly which will be paid via Freelancer.com The salary will be paid either twice a week (10,000 INR every 2 weeks) or weekly (5,000 INR per week) whichever suits you.
