I am creating a website on behalf of a real estate property holdings company. The WP theme they are interested in is this one: [login to view URL] The template is one-page slider with 6 available "pages," which are really sections. The website serves two purposes as meant for B2B (geared towards business owners) and B2C (geared towards people looking for an apartment) , so we need to accommodate for it. BEFORE starting this website, you must investigate the following NEEDED plugins/extras and give me a TOTAL estimated cost for the website + needed functions: 1. Must be SEO optimized (full ON site SEO) 2. Give total monthly prices for full OFF site SEO (we want this page to be high ranking in Google, Bing and Yahoo search results) 3. Integrate a plug-in for the Recent Listings page (currently the Porfolio Page. Which will show all available apartments for rent. We would like the "search" function to be similar to the search and filtering functions on [login to view URL] or Zillow.com. An example of a plugin is this: [login to view URL] We would like to have the images laid out as they are in a gallery, but when you click on the thumbnail image it appears in a light box, where you can add text to the bottom of the image, able to filter search results by location, # of bedrooms, bathrooms, floor plans. 4. Investigate how many images the "Portfolio" which will be "Recent Listings" can hold. 5. Let us know of any foreseeable technical issues with this template theme. 6. Must be compatible on Mobile, Desktop and on Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer (latest version). If this theme does not meet our expectations, we will provide you with a new theme.
