Website WordPress developer to make our site like Stitchfix.com and Thredup.com

I have a Wordpress site that I would like to operate like the business [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . My business is identical to [login to view URL] with the exception that we do not charge a style fee or a deposit. I will however need customers to sign up with a credit card. Check out these two sites and let me know if you are capable of redesigning me site to work the same way. I am more interested in function than design. Here is how the site/business works: Click on a link/button to fill out your own custom profile survey, “Let’s Get Started”. Both the customer and our team need to have access to their survey and the customer will need to update their survey profile as needed. The survey form will need to go to each customer’s account with a button or link to access. We do not require a style fee or a deposit fee like stitch fix or Thredup however we do need to have customer sign up with a credit card, we NEED their card on file in case they do not return items. After the survey is completed it should say “congratulations on completing your survey, select which box you would like to receive. You may select both boxes as well.” We obviously need them to be able to select both boxes if preferred. Side note: I would like to change the order that the boxes show up on our site. “Designer Clothing Box” first and the “Bikini Box” second. I need their account to have a calendar where they can choose when they want their next box to show us and or they can specify weekly, monthly, Bi-monthly. Obviously we need to be notified by email that we have a new customer which is already set up. Once the customer places an order, and we select their personal outfits, our team needs to be able to post the pieces to their account for viewing and purchase. To better serve our customers style, we need the customer to give feedback on each item (see pics from Stitch Fix and Thredup.
