Wordpress Consulting + Implementation (Website performance optimization and Other tasks)

We have a Wordpress website that isn't performing very well. Especially as far as Mobile Load Time is concerned. We want someone who's able to look at the current tech stack (all the plugins and theme) and tell us whether or not it can be improved to reach a reasonable level of performance. We are also looking to implement a few small design tweaks, so ideally the candidate should have good experience implementing design changes to a website that uses Beaver Builder.
