I am editing the HTML code for a template used for selling online. Kind of like Ebay but with huge restrictions on the code. I would like a banner created for the top part of the code that works when you resize it for mobile view. This project should not take a lot of time and will be quick money if completed correctly. If you have other idea's I am always open for suggestions and may look for more work done. READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING: HTML IS RESTRICTED, 99% OF THE CODE IS ALREADY WRITTEN I JUST NEED TO EDIT THE LOGO / BANNER!
