Fix issues on HTML app - Phonegap iOS version

I made an HTML app (converted to iOS app using Phonegap) It is a survey on html with 5 questions and after it, a page with a google map with a button Start/Finish, in order to tracking the route that user walk between 2 points. This app works well on Android and is published on Play Store: [login to view URL] The app is published on App Store Too but there are some issues for me on iOS: [login to view URL] Issues to fix: 1. GPS tracking step, is not working: seems that when appears the GPS permission request on start app, it doesn't shows, is hidden by app window. 2. I need that GPS tracking will work on background mode (when screen of phone is locked). 3. I want to hide the Phonegap splash screen when app starts. My budget is 80 usd.
