Fix SmartyPhp Code

I am working with Jamroom which is using Php and Smarty. I have created a .tpl file displaying a wall of my audio and video files on a media wall. I have a foreach loop that is functioning properly and displays all pagenation fine. The functionality I am trying to achieve here is when a user clicks the video or audio file next a model window opens up to allow the user to view the media in the model window. Jamroom by default when clicked on a video goes to the profile page. I already have the model window working in this code however the problem is the videos and information displayed in the pop up model window is not correct with the item selected. It seems it is always eather the first or last video in the foreach loop. I am requesting help with writing the foreach loop so that when a user clicks on any video in the list the model window correlates with the correct audio or video. Thanks. Attached is the code
