Hi Sir, I have go through from proposal and figure out that you need a theme designer for your Drupal based website. web sites design is completed, Now you want to make the site more user friendly. I have worked on psd to html conversion for drupal theming. For completing your project we have to go through some basic steps. Like : 1. First we need to slice the psd file using some Slice tools . It is very important to breaking the file into multiple layers, so that we can use it easily. 2. We have to save all the slice file in folder, Folder location will be the same as themes file, it will be necessary and useful. 3. Use all the slice images in a HTML file and save it, then need to create css file and linked it html file for better visualization and match looks with psd files. 4. Now we need to convert the html to highly responsive Drupal theme and customize it with according to need. 5. After that we need to test the theme, Is it working properly or not. There are more small requirement we have to do with it. I have shared above steps as per my previous work experience , I have some regular question to complete the task, Like, Please tell me the Drupal version, It big matter here, Drupal 7 and 8 have different file structure and coding pattern.
