Outlook Add-in

The project is an outlook Add-in. The project ends with the reception of the source code and we tested the Add-in comply tot he requirements. Problem to address: - I receives multiple emails from the same originator, same title but different body. It just fills my inbox and folders. I just need to merge all existing emails with the same originator and titles and automatically merge incoming emails as they come in. Requirements and limitation: - Project must work on Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2016. - Must be develop using Yeoman, CANNOT be develop using Visual Studio. - Build as custom Outlook Add-in. - The Add-in allows two modes (can can activated at the same time): - continuous - bulk - The continuous mode take the following parameter: - Target folder (default inbox): - Discarding folder (default Deleted Items): - sender email: - merge order (default older to newer): 'Older to Newer' or 'Newer to Older' - The bulk mode take the following parameter: - Discarding folder (default Deleted Items): - sender email: - merge order (default older to newer): 'Older to Newer' or 'Newer to Older' - Bulk Mode Scope and restrictions: - Action is on the current folder selected by the user. - If the current folder is the same as the 'discarding folder', nothing happens (could give an error if possible). - The 'Discarding folder' must exists. - Continuous mode restrictions: - The 'Target folder' and the 'Discarding folder' cannot have the same value. - The 'Target folder' and 'Discarding folder' must exists. - Bulk Algo: - For all emails in the selected folder that have ONLY the 'sender email' in the FROM list and NO cc list do: - Go to each email sorted by time (merge order parameter): - If an email as the same title as a previous scanned email: - it is the 'email to merge' and the previous scanned email is the 'base email' and will be merged (see below for requirements). - The 'email to merge' is moved to the 'Discarded folder' - Continuous Algo: - When a email is received/moved into the folder, the system will try to find a match for the first email in the folder (newest email) that have ONLY the 'sender email' in the FROM list and NO cc list which as the same title. If one is found: - The email which was received/moved is the 'email to merge' and the existing email in the folder is the 'base email' and will be merged (see below for requirements). - The 'email to merge' is moved to the 'Discarded folder' - Merge email Algo (base email, email to merge): - Note: The 'base email' or 'email to merge' may have been itself be the result of a merge in the past. - The merge consist of editing the base mail body and add the body of the 'email to merge' with a one line banner before it indicating the date and time the 'email to merge' was received. - The body can be simple text or HTML - The banner format is ======<date> at <time> =====> (ex.: ===== July 3, 208 at 15:02:02 =====>). - If any of the emails is unread, the resulting updated base email will be also marked as unread. - All other properties of the base email are preserved.
