Twitter Notication Stream App

We require a skilled developer to deliver a small functional app to capture all twitter notifications & display in a modern Responsive interface which dynamically updates and provides ability to filter without need for page-reloads. The app must auto update and be viewable on both desktop and mobile devices: Functionality Requirements : 1) All Twitter notifications from followed users must be all stored permantatly 2) Interface should autmatically display incoming tweets at the top of page. 3) Clicking on Tweet preview text should open the whole tweet with any associated images. 4) Ability to view notifications in an infitely scrollable page ability to sort/filter by : Date / Time ( Newest/Oldest) Twitter UserName 5) Created Tags/Filters should display like a folder/tag in Gmail and selecting should display a filtered list. Other Functions Clicking on Twitter Name displays all tweets from that user. Each tweet in the main interface should have Icon button to Delete or "Star" Favourite Tweet or Add Filter Tag to Tweet . Tweets need to be stored to perform Search for Keyword. Upon successful application we will work together to get a basic version of this app and functionality described above operational within 1 week.
