I have a two apps project. We need the following apps to be developed. 1. A app that will allow iPhone and iPad users to download a 64 page ePub onto their device. The vendor will be responsible for converting 64 pages bilingual (128 pages in all) pdf file into ePub. 2. The blackberry app should also do the same as above. The vendor will be provided with a pdf file.
