Create an 'App Store Safe' method for capturing video of UIView and its subviews

We are looking for a developer to fix an issue we are having with an iOS app. The app allows the user to create 'slides' with animated text. These 'slides' are then added as subviews of our UIView and played back in real time. During this playback, we want to capture the video of just this view, combine it with any playing audio and export it the camera roll. Full source code will be provided - included our attempt so far which is working but creating rather jerky animations. This project is just for creating the methods required to accomplish this functionality and add to our source code.
