Complete iOS HTML/JS Game (85% complete already)

I have a HTML/JS game that is 85% complete. I need to complete the remaining 15%. I will give specific requirements before you submit your final bid, and allow you to test the game in its current state in iOS. The basic updates needed include: 1. Creating basic game menu and levels pages. 2. Preventing object collision/overlap of the game's "characters/pieces". This will make perfect sense once I show you the game. 3. Developing logic to help introduce new characters/game pieces to replace the existing pieces. This logic will allow us to implement new characters/game pieces to extend the current levels of the game. I will explain this in detail before you bid and again this will make perfect sense once you seen the game. This is a puzzle type game that requires the user to figure out a logical challenge. The winning programmer MUST be able to handle the following: 1. Expertise with git, Github, and TestFlight/iTunes Connect. Please do not place a bid if you are not an expert using these tools. 2. Following someone else's code in HTML/CSS/JS. You will have to use the existing code and solution. 3. Developing cutting edge puzzle games 4. Incorporating sound as part of gameplay. 5. Understanding and applying attention to detail. 6. Signing an NDA and respecting the IP the the current game. 7. Not being able to showcase this game as part of a portfolio--sorry, this is a private game with protected IP and past development.
