Basic requirements:
• English knowledge — Fluent (advanced) (spoken/written);
• Goal-oriented, proactive attitude, self-assurance, strong interpersonal skill;
• Working knowledge of sales techniques and technologies;
• Knowledge of the IT-outsourcing market;
• Experience in active sales and cold calls.
Would be a plus:
• Knowledge of the IT-outsourcing market;
• Understanding of software development principles;
• Previous participation in the software development projects.
Main responsibilities:
• Active sales of company services;
• Extension of client base and constant work with it;
• Organization of customers affiliate network;
• Negotiations with customers‚ analysis of their requirements‚ commercial offers creation;
• Long term customer relations maintenance and development for preserving their interests for Company’s offers;
• Customer-related documentation: customer-related history and contact record in the company data-base;
