Create a Marketing Plan for 3 new jewellery brands that fit underneath one larger Brand

We are a 4th generation multi award winning independent jeweller. We are one of the few jewellers in the UK who are focussed on a sustainable and responsible supply chain and have taken many rigorous steps to ensure that our supply chain is ethical and responsibly sourced. We are excellent at what we are already doing, online selling through organic search and being one of the finest jewellers for our type in Europe. This is a very interesting and varied role for the right individual; you will be working alongside a small but very hardworking and focused team that wants you to succeed. We are launching 3 new brands that are products that already being sold very well by our jewellery shop online and in store: Piercing (3 posts per day) Gold (3 posts per day) Investment Gold (1 post per day) Main business (2 posts per day) We will be launching three new accounts for instagram, Pinterest and possibly facebook and restarting the main business account. We require someone that can create the content for those accounts and posts for these 4 brands everyday. We require someone to manage and start Google Ads and Facebook ads to include retargeting and remarketing for 2 of those brands - the piercing and Main business. We would want you to manage the accounts including scheduling and posting of posts and replying to messages and comments. We would be helping to guide you with the content for that. You would be responsible for managing the online ads for these two accounts. We would give you 6 months to see what impact your marketing has on the sales online? You will also have the opportunity to continue working with us in a longer term capacity. We require you to be able to create a skeleton 6 months calendar, content creation and story board for these 4 brands and create a plan for google ads, retargeting and remarketing - this will be primarily focussed on the piercing brand. The skeleton plan will fit alongside a marketing plan that we want you to create that will be focussed on the next 2 years with our main focus being online expansion into Europe and North America.
