200 PR 2+ quality backlinks from Switzerland

We need 200 PageRank 2+ permanent, one-way backlinks from Swiss websites in German. PLEASE DON'T BID BEFORE YOU READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL THE REQUIREMENTS. The link builder should be experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods (like hacked website etc.). Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines. - At least 1 backlink must be PR5 - At least 5 backlinks must be PR4 - At least 25 backlinks must be PR3 - Max 5 links per day - Links must be from Germand language Swiss (Switzerland) websites only - Will provide you with 10 different keywords to be used as anchor text. At least 100 links have to use one of the provided anchor texts REQUIREMENTS: - Backlinks with 100% white hat techniques only! - Links must be strictly from Google PR2+ pages - internal pages, iframe page with PR less than 2 not count. - Links must be permanent. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. - One link per domain. - Links must be placed on proper PR2+ web pages, either on home page or internal pages. I will verify all links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct, the domain PR of each website, that the profile pages are publicly viewable without registration and Indexed in Google.
