Write a gripping email campaign sequence that converts!

Dear Freelancer , \r\n\r\nMy name is Hemendra and I am starting a new recruitment / staffing platform that is going to rely heavily on attracting and converting potential candidates through (amongst other channels) email marketing.\r\n\r\nInitially the market focus is on placing talented software engineers and data scientists into a niche segment of the financial markets industry. If successful, I will then look to expand to other niche segments and industries. \r\n\r\nI am looking for a talented and highly experienced freelance colleague to design the email marketing program. I would then execute that campaign.\r\n\r\nI think (subject to your advice) this project would involve:\r\n\r\n(1) Writing the entire sequence of a gripping email campaign that maximises our chances of converting a potential candidate into a candidate who is ready to get interviewed / introduced to our clients.\r\n(2) Designing an optimised, high converting landing page.\r\n(3) You may view this as part of (1) above; writing a more long term gripping email campaign that keeps us in the minds of those potential candidates who are not ready for considering a move today - but convert the day they are.\r\n\r\nI think it will take someone with the following to help me be successful here:\r\n\r\n- Someone who really enjoys the challenge of designing / writing blockbuster email campaigns, landing pages that convert at the very top percentile of industry metrics.\r\n- Someone who has a really strong track record of the above.\r\n- Someone who can turn their email campaign skills / strategies / theories confidently to targeting and converting highly talented, highly paid, highly educated and technically brilliant software engineers and data scientists into my customers / candidates.\r\n- Someone who will work around the gaps I have (in terms of branding, market dominance, infrastructure, fat budgets) in this start-up effort.\r\n\r\nI would love to hear your proposal if the above sounds of interest. \r\n\r\nBest, \r\nHemendra \r\n
