Film Festival Submissions

Hello Friends, I am looking for someone to help me submit the short film I made to film festivals. The film is funny and short, filmed in India, on the subject of public urination, with a superhero theme. I need someone to: 1. Identify film festivals that screen a)short films, b)are thematically related (India, public health, superheros, funny), c) accept submissions. 2. Submit the film to the film festivals for which the film qualifies. And be available for follow up communication with them. 3. Maybe more tasks once film is accepted.... Thanks.
