X code template For Mac OS Application (Not Iphone)

I need a code for a mac application 1 Menu on top to access different pages. Self populating. as little or as many pages as i add. 2 each page has a submenu on the side to access different pages with in page (as little or as many as add.) 3 each page has ability to display images and text play a sound files 4 One page has ability to display images, and content from a web address.
