Looking for someone who can place our Iphone app on their App Store/itunes enteprize account for a fee.

Hello. We are looking for someone who can place our ios app on their Itunes/App store account. We made an ios App but didnt know that it will cost 99 dollars or 299 dollars for enterprize account to put on App Store. Our client is not able to pay that, he was not ready for those costs since we didnt tell him because we didnt know that. So we offer a 30 dollars one time fee to someone who already has an enteprise account on Itunes to put it on their account. The app is very simple and will not have a lot of views /traffic. It's an AR businesscard app that only people who get this card from the owner will use. Who will help us, thanx!
