I have several apps on the Mac App Store including two complex apps Speech Central and FIle Cards. I am familiar with problems that appear when sandboxing the app and I'll reslove those problems and check everything else. I made a quotation assuming that most of the things in the app work properly so while everything needs to be checked most of the things should remain the same. Also I assume that you have Apple developer account with active subscription. I am also familiar with iOS development (iOS version of Speech Central was nominated for the best iOS accessible app in 2017 on AppleVis) so if everything is possible it would be possible to agree on the next phase that you require.
