No UI needed. The project should be as simple and small as possible. The app should show the user a feedback how well his handwriting was recognised. For example he should write 'Apple' and than for example a percentage value shows how good the handwriting could be recognised. Only technology that is provided by Apple and used for example in the 'Notes' app should be used. If the user repeats this he would be able to see how he needs to write that the recognition gets better. Please write which kind of project and the used programming language you would deliver in your first contact message. With this I can easily see that you have read and understood the requirements. Because on Freelancer are to many people wasting my time which have no idea what they are doing.
