Java Applications on IBM

as u know everybody big companies do not use Microsoft and most of them uses IBM ( open source ) .. so i need a team from 2 that are experts in Java application for a monthly basis for a company that need to develop its own applications and sell it to this big companies. if u r alone dont bid on this project .. Bid on total money that will be paid from me in 3 months for both of the programmers in the team. GIVE ME THE TOTAL BUDGET FOR 3 MONTHS
