eBay store using css & Flash

would like a clone of the following sites layout: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] As you can see these sites use the same layout through and through but differ in colour and images. I have attached a detailed design of what we want our shop to look like. The sites uses css and hacks into the ebay store coding. Therefore this project can only be bidded on by a someone who is well verse with css and ebay stores. Please do not bid if you are not familiar. The ebay stores also have auction templates. Completed work should give direction to a newbie to make neccessay changes to the store to add/delete categories etc. This is obviously achievable with a dynamic script. 1) the script for the ebay store 2) script for ebay template 3) Scripts for other portions of the ebay store, i.e. about me pag, faq, etc. If it is needed then access to the ebaystore via username and password can be provided. This project needs to be completed urgently and so we need a quick turnaround. We need bids from people who have done this before. Thanks
