Java to C# Program Conversion - Reporting System

Hi, We currently have a reporting system that has a lot of code written in Javascript and use of JQuery. We need to have the system amended to resolve the bugs in the system (listed in attached) and to convert the programming language into something we can support internally when we experience minor issues. The new system should be developed in ASP.Net web form. The UI architecture can be therefore changed to accommodate multiple pages but must retain the same functionality. The system developed needs to meet our Terms and Standards which is attached as part of this proposal and should be reviewed carefully. This outlines a lot of the expectations including programming languages for this project. The existing code for the project is also attached for review the new program must meet the Terms and Standards as well as replace the current system. Acceptable changes from the original code. (please confirm whether you will include or remove these in the new system): 1) Remove the need for views on the mobile device e.g. iOS. 2) Where the removal of Javascript / JQuery (see JS folder in attached current zip file) is not possible please look to replace using 3rd party tools for example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If you have any questions please ask before submitting a proposal. Proposals should include: a) A clear reference to the acceptable list of changes above detailed what will and wont be actioned. b) Detail of the number of 3rd party program licenses (e.g. telerik) that will be used as this needs to be taken into account when costing the overall budget. c) Acceptance of Terms d) Acceptance to resolve the current bugs listed in the attached.
