Convert Excel pivot table chart formulas to javascript

I would like to have an app that will convert Excel spreadsheets into javascript to be accessible through the web on desktop or mobile devices. This will include converting complex pivot tables with multiple parameters, charts and a variety of formulas. The end result will be javascript that can be included on a web page. The source data will be large and not uploaded to the internet but can be converted to JSON. There are currently Excel spreadsheet converters available online but they require a monthly fee for use of the end product and many do not handle pivot tables. Pivot tables are currently available using Microsoft's Skydrive but the parameters cannot be changed using an iPhone or Droid. Therefore, the end product should be in Javascript. The end user will not be required to have Excel.
