HTML query of local SQLLite DB | Javascript

I am building a simple HTML GUI to query data from locally stored [login to view URL] file. Very minimalistic GUI. The page should be capable of running 100% offline, with ZERO server side dependencies - node or jquery, etc can be installed on client if required. [login to view URL] provides this functionality - there is a demo page here:. >> [login to view URL]<< The demo page is built using [login to view URL], an open source project, GitHub repository is here: >>[login to view URL] << Unfortunately, getting this to work locally is above my pay grade :) I've attached a simple test DB to use - the primary goal is to run a similar DB on local machine, and from HTML GUI be able to run various queries - inserts, updates and exporting are not required for this project (although fine if the function is there) this task should allow db file name/location to be hardcoded within the JS. Since 98% of this project work is already done using the online demo source, my assumptions will be that you are an expert with javascript and should be able to run this locally in very little time.
