Make changes to Javascript file + integrate existing function from other js file

So ive got a javascript file that converts csv files to json files. The files are created in a output folder based on weekly data i convert. The weekly data also makes a overview set of files that are just all the weekly's combined. I do some downsampling in the js convert file to reduce the filesize of the overview files. I need someone to exclude some of the overview files from this process because they are just [login to view URL] and dont need to be downsampled. I also have a js function already created that i would like added to this file. I have attached a sample data + js file you will need to run it through a node cmd prompt
