resolve homepage loading error

see [login to view URL] Page loads fine on desktop. Page content fails to load on mobile, also it seems other functions of page fail to load, detection of mobile device to control mobile menus etc. I need someone with a spare few mins to fix it for me. Previously i had been testing caching plugins on the server, they are removed but something is interfering with page load. **Please, i am not after someone who can turn plugins on and off as their best effort. This is an issue that will require someone who is a decent programmer to diagnose.
