Simple Cross Browser Compatible Browser Extension for Affiliate Tracking

*If using something like Kango the project is likely to only be about 80 lines of Javascript.* This is a simple and concise project. Anyone applying who hasn't read and understand this description will be automatically blocked. English needs to be native language or at least excellent as whilst the project is simple it's different to describe with a language barrier. We require a cross-browser compataible plugin (Safari, Chrome and Firefox) that tracks affiliates in the background via an API and automatically sets cookies for the user. You can use any of the cross browser frameworks available like Kango, or if you already have a cross browser custom template set up you can use that. As long as it works well we don't mind how you reduce the work. If using something like Kango the project is likely to only be about 80 lines of Javascript. The extension needs to watch every URL the user visits in their browser - it needs to send these URLs to a REST API (already available from our affiliate partner Viglink) which will in turn automatically either return a changed URL that is affiliated or return the same URL as it can't be affiliated. Based on this we know what we need to do it, if its unchanged - ignored. If its a new URL that we need to load it in the background. It MUST not be visible to the user or affect their browsing anyway, we advise loading it off page in a 0x0px iFrame for instance (ensuring sound etc is turned off just in case) We need to then make use of local storage so that the same URLs are not being loaded in an iFrame over and over. Once the URL has been loaded once and the cookie set, we should ensure the same root domain is not loaded again for an hour. Additionally to this a little bit of logic needs to be implemented. For instance we could check against the Viglink API first and if the same URL is returned, then check it against the Skimlinks API. We have the required Apple dev certificates to sign the Safari extension and have no problem compiling and submitting to Chrome and Firefox stores. We have extensions already out there on a custom URL and may require assistance making sure we can push this updated through. We may need some tweaks and additional logic at the end (for instance tracking of Amazon and eBay separately and entering details about these into an SQL database we can later recall to show URLs etc)
