As you can see on my profile I have over 7 years of experience as an executive secretary, 3 years as customer care representative and 1 year customer care manager in Stock Market company as throughout my years of experience in the customer service flied i've been able to handle all kind of customers( especially impulsive and angry ) with patience and providing all the information and help they need, solving their problems while preserving the company rights , More over, I have assisted the C level in my company in business development, fair share of researches, business leads, handling sales tracking sheets, sales pipeline and occasionally typing contracts (NDA) which helped me develop good typing skills (52 WPM)
